Our goal is for you and baby to be matched up with carriers you love. With our generous return/exchange policy and a 60 Day Trial, your satisfaction is guaranteed! If you are not completely satisfied, we'll help trouble-shoot any sizing/fit issues or help find a more suitable carrier.
Returns/exchanges are welcome 60 days from your Order Date - if like-new, unwashed, unsoiled, unscented condition with all packaging, instructions, and accessories. One exchange is allowed with free domestic shipping via the method of our choice (or $5 shipping credit on international exchanges), plus one more additional exchange is allowed, but you cover the shipping. Clearance Sale items and Clearance Returns sales are final, no returns accepted.

How to Obtain your RMA number - REQUIRED ON PACKAGE AND INVOICE
Log into your shop account, find your order, and mark the items you wish to return/exchange. You'll be given an RMA # to put on the outside return package and your return invoice. Detailed instructions:
- Log In to your Attached to Baby Shop account. If not logged in already, Click Here to Log in.
- Logging in will bring you to directly to your Order history, or simply click Your Account at the top or Order History on the left menu.
- Click the Details button of the Order #/Order Date of the item you wish to return.
- Check the item(s) that you will return, and click the "Return Item(s)" button.
- Fill out the form with the Reason for return, whether you want to Exchange the product, and any additional notes. Press Submit and you will immediately receive your RMA#.

Sending back your Returns/Exchanges
Include your RMA# on the outside of the package and your included invoice. If you lost your original invoice, you may look up your order from your account when logged in or you may use the emailed invoice you received when you ordered. You may also request us to re-email your invoice. Package the item(s) in secure packaging, packages that come to us damaged will be returned. Do not use the package product box as packaging, place inside a postal box or bag suitable for mailing. To allow us to keep costs low and continue our generous 60 day trial, please carefully fold the carrier.
